Returns

You may return most unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, installed products, or items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
